• FREEMAN Furnishing Essentials: complete your booth space with chairs, lounge seating, tables, office furniture, display furniture and/or accessories (1.5MB)
• FREEMAN Select Furnishings: complete your booth space with upscale casual seating, tables & lighting (3.1MB)
• FREEMAN Carpeting: don't forget to order your carpet as your booth space does not come carpeted (1.3MB)

• Shipping Labels to FREEMAN Warehouse: ***recommended option*** shipments at the warehouse will be accepted Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm as of Friday August 28th until Tuesday September 22nd. Please note that they are closed for Labor Day! (56KB)
• Shipping Labels to Show Site: shipments at show site will be accepted as of 2pm Saturday September 26th (64KB)

• GRB Exhibitor Guidelines: please read these guidelines before arriving at the show (1MB)

• GRB Booth Cleaning Order Form: ensure your booth space is clean & ready every day for the show (1MB)

• EAC Form: using another company to install or dismantle your booth space? Please complete & return this Exhibitor Appointed Contractor form to the Exhibition Manager (452KB)
• Floral Order Form: go green and rent your plants or choose fresh flowers to enhance your booth space (92KB)
• Lead Retrieval Order Form: due to our privacy policy, we do not give out attendee lists. Create your own by renting lead retrieval! (280KB)
• AV Rental Order Form: if you need some audio visual equipment to enhance your display, order it here (84KB)
• Photography Order Form: photography during show hours permitted solely by our contracted Show Services photographer (488KB)
